Gary S. Greenbaum, Ph.D.

Co-Founder, CEO
Gary Greenbaum has been a thought leader and technology pioneer in two of the most significant technology revolutions of the past 20 years: digital media and mobile computing. Gary’s unique balance of business acumen and technical expertise has enabled him to make seminal contributions at every stage in his professional career from co-founding a highly successful Silicon Valley start-up to leading an international team of engineers at a large multinational corporation. Gary received his Ph.D. in High Energy Particle Physics from the University of California while participating as a visiting scholar at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center.

Rahul Agarwal

Co-Founder, CTO
Rahul Agarwal has over 20 years of software experience and is a recognized expert in instituting development and quality processes, architecting large-scale multi-platform client-server solutions and managing technical teams. Rahul has been instrumental in helping guide teams build cutting edge media streaming and mobile and web solutions for Fortune 100, mid-size companies as well as startups over the last nine years at Adroit. Prior to founding Adroit, Rahul spent seven years at RealNetworks as Director of Client Engineering responsible for managing the entire client platform team and architecting  the company’s second-generation, highly scalable and extensible cross-platform industrial strength media delivery platform.

Ben Rotholtz

CMO
Ben Rotholtz is a B2C and B2B marketing team leader with more than 20 years of experience in consumer and enterprise software. He has launched and sustained over 100 commercial products and services across more than 20 business units and industry verticals. He has leadership experience in gaming, music, video, digital media delivery, security, graphic arts, and publishing. Ben has concentrated his expertise in mobile marketing, brand building, product and corporate positioning, market expansion and competitive analysis. He has a track record of success during periods of high growth at PopCap Games, Rhapsody, RealNetworks, Adobe Systems and Aldus Corporation.

Rudy Gadre

Former VP & General Counsel at Facebook

Mr. Gadre is a partner at Seattle-based venture capital firm Founder’s Co-op. Prior to joining Founder’s Co-op he was Vice President of Business Operations at Evri, Inc, from September 2008 to July 2010, Vice President and General Counsel of Facebook from January 2006 to April 2008, and Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Business Development, Intellectual Property, and New Technologies at Amazon.com from February 1999 to May 2005. Mr. Gadre started his career at the law firm Perkins Coie LLP as an associate in its technology business group from September 1994 to February 1999. Mr. Gadre is an active angel investor and is also an advisor to startups.

John Landau

Former SVP at Tata Communications

Mr. Landau is the former Senior Vice President of Global Managed Services for Tata Communications (formerly VSNL), a member of the $62.5 billion Tata Group. Prior to retiring from his post, he was responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide network and managed services offerings for the enterprise market. Before joining Tata, he was Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Teleglobe, which was later acquired by VSNL in 2006. Landau has extensive experience in telecommunications, enterprise technologies, and corporate acquisitions.

Kevin Packingham

Former Chief Product Officer for Samsung Telecommunications America

Dr. Packingham served as the Executive Vice President of Product Management for Cablevision Systems, where he managed the entire portfolio of video, broadband, voice, and wireless services. Mr. Packingham has held several executive positions including, the Chief Product Officer for Samsung Telecommunications America, where he helped launch flagship products as the Galaxy Note, Galaxy S III, and Galaxy S4. Mr. Packingham was the CEO of Amerilink Telecom Corporation and also spent over ten years at Sprint Nextel Corporation.

Bill Richter

Former President at EMC (acquired by DELL)

Mr. Richter was most recently the President of the Isilon Storage Division of EMC, growing the business to $1.5 billion in annual sales at the time he departed in late 2014. He’s spent the last year in residence at the Madrona Venture Group, angel investing and advising companies. Before his role as President of Isilon, Richter served as COO of EMC’s $4 billion Midrange Storage business. Richter was Isilon’s public company CFO from 2007 through it’s $2.5B sale to EMC in 2010. Before joining Isilon, Richter was a director in the finance department of Amazon.com, where he focused on scaling global accounting operations for the rapidly expanding business.
